Before class begins, have all of your pages designed and printed out on the brown paper. I have left a stack of the paper in the lab next to the printer. Please remember to take the brown paper out and replace with plain white paper when you are done!
Also bring to class the following:
• large sheet of paper from the art supply store. Stay away from anything too dark or with a pattern on it, because you will want your type to read on top of it. It should be heavier weight than copier paper for instance, but not so heavy it won't fold well.
• bone folder
• exacto knife with sharp blade
• pencil
• metal ruler
• cutting mat
• glue stick
We will begin working on the binding of your book at the beginning of class so please arrive fully prepared.
