Reminder: we will have some visitors in class with us on Thursday from the IXDS class (freshmen). I am looking for 8 students in our class to act as "hosts" and catch those students up on what is going on in class, and in graphic design in general.
Due beginning of class: Minimum of 2 type sketches in pencil on tracing paper done OVER a black and white printout of your photographs. You should be working with a minimum of 3 photographic possibilities, so this means at least 6 type sketches on tracing paper. Have a minimum of 3 versions of a title for your book or lecture to discuss with me before you proceed. Also, do your research and develop at least 150-200 words of copy that will become your text.
Also don't forget: come to class with some ideas of what we can create in sidewalk chalk for Carve on the Quad.
