Before the beginning of class, complete at least one complete version of your chosen logo using Illustrator and the pen tool. Scan your second sketch, and do a complete Illustrator rendering of that as well.
So, beginning of class, there are two versions of your logo due, printed out in black and white. One logo per page. Please feel free to do more if you are inspired. The more you do, the faster you'll get better at it.
Read pp.47-51 in your textbook. Also, if you are still unclear as to the difference and definition of "raster" vs "vector" files, do research on your own until you understand the differences and why you would create files in one or the other.
