For those of you interested in prints and printing, I highly recommend you attend Print Dialog Day this coming Saturday and Kennesaw State. I highly encourage ALL graphic design students to take advantage of taking as many printmaking courses as possible. There is a great deal of overlap between the interests of designers and printmakers, in particular screenprinting, book arts, and image manipulation that can spill over into use in creating interesting digital images. There will be a workshop in the afternoon on image transfers with photocopies that would be very useful techniques for your graphic design work.
